INVITATION TO THE NGO'S TO PRESENT THEMSELVES AT THE EXIT 08 FESTIVAL

The Exit association and The Citizens~Ac???c Pact for SEE invite non-governmental organizations from the South Eastern Europe (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro) to present themselves at the festival EXIT 08. The festival shall take place from 10 to 13 of July. Your organization can apply for the presentation at the NGO Fairground ~Ac??APlace to move!~Ac??? We will be able to present t work of the 60 to 80 organizations, depending on logistic needs and capacities.   The following criteria will be considered when choosing organizations wishing to present themselves: The attraction of the presentation and the adequacy of the presentation at the festival. Cooperation with other organizations   As always before organizers shall try to present this important part of society in its entire diversity taking into consideration the relevance of problems treated by the organizations in their environments. The social side of the coming EXIT festival shall be dedicated to continuation of association of Serbia to EU.   NGO Fairground ~Ac??APlace to Move!~Ac??? is known to all  who visited some of the previous festivals. It is located in the upper part of the Petrovaradin Fortress, between the Reggae and Fusion Stages. We plan to set up around 30 stands. As it has been the case so far, one stand shall be shared by two organizations. ~Ac??APlace to Move!~Ac??? will be open every day from 18.00 to 24.00 hrs. The organizations that will be presented here are obliged to be in attendance at the mentioned time and to be active during all of the four festival days.   The organizers shall make sure that the selected organizations are given basic conditions to work, as well as two (2) accreditations.   Under basic working conditions we understand the following: Space, electric socket (only for the light), stands Room to store the equipment and materials Organized transport of the materials/equipment from one meeting point in Novi Sad to where the activity shall take place.   The application form is in the attachment. Selection of organizations for the presentation at the festival shall be finished latest by May 26, 2008. A week later all organizations which applied shall be informed on the results of application.
